Job Description:

We are The Ross-Carlisle Group, an engineering recruiting and we have been tasked by a client, a manufacturer of industrial electronics for the lighting systems industry to locate a Procuct Manager.

Duties:

• Manage current product line.
• Responsible for the Strategy development, Product Development, and Market Development for all lighting Solutions products.
• Develop both strategic and tactical plans for market penetration, position products, assess the competition and drive growth.
• Work in the field with sales engineers/reps to develop appropriate promotional campaigns, interact with, and develop/maintain relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

• Have a 4-year degree in business, marketing or engineering with a strong understanding of industrial electronics.
• 3+ years of business-to-business marketing to manufacturers;
• Signage industry experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of LED (Light Emitting Diode(s)) technology.
• Experience in managing sales engineers & reps.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time.

Salary:

Salary is 70-85k per year. Relocation Package is available, full time position with full benefits and bonus eligible.
