Job Description

We are currently conducting a search for an aviation industry client of ours for their Southwestern Ohio division. The position is a Business Area Manager and it is a direct-hired, full time position.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Business Area Manager will have full responsibility, authority and accountability for all programs and IR&D projects in the Tactical Radios business area.
Primary Requirements:
BS in Engineering required. MBA and/or PMI certification strongly desired.
15+ years experience in management and engineering of avionic systems for the military/defense industry.
Tactical radios experience strongly desired.
Strong written and oral communication skills a must.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Able to receive secret clearance.
