Job Profile:
Indiana manufacturer is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to direct and supervise the sales/marketing operations of the company including overseeing outside (12) and inside sales representatives (2). This position reports directly to the General Manager. The primary customer base are Wholesalers and OEM's of cooking, hvac, heating and cleaning equipment and the chosen applicant will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with these customers (especially the key accounts which generate the majority of sales).
The chosen individual will be responsible for increasing sales by adjusting current or creating new sales strategies that will add new customers and new markets. The sky is the limit and this is an excellent opportunity for a hard working, tenacious, ambitious sales and marketing professional.
Qualifications
Applicant must have a 4-year degree in either a technical or business area with 5+ years of experience selling to OEM's and wholesalers with some managerial/supervisory experience. Selected applicant must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time with 30% being overnight.
The client seeks someone who has a never-give-up attitude, highly energetic with a can-do approach to sales. Someone who has successful track record selling to manufacturers such as Trane, Bryant, Carrier, York, Otis, Hobart etc. could be a good fit for this position.

With a base salary up to 85k along with a potential 40% bonus, total comp can be over 110k per year along with a competitive benefits package that includes health, life, tuition reimbursement, etc. Relocation is available.
