Duties:
The Ross-Carlisle Group Inc. is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager for a fulltime position with a financially secure, well established Ohio based Company. The position is responsible for managing a group of 10 highly skilled, sensors or instrumentation technical professionals.
Requirements:
The qualified candidate must have a bsee or bscs or bsceg. Must have 7+ years of experience that includes strong leadership/managerial skills and experience but not a delegator; must be a hands-on, in-the-mix type. Must have strong embedded C++ software and firmware experience. Sensors or instrumentation experience is a strong plus. Must have knowledge of process measurement, temperature, pressure, flow, etc.
Salary/Benefits:
Excellent salary that with bonus opportunity can exceed 6 figures. Excellent benefits package.
