Duties:
The Ross-Carlisle Group Inc. is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer for a fulltime position with a financially secure, well established Ohio subsidiary of a Fortune 100 Company. The position is responsible for documenting, developing, debugging and testing embedded firmware.

Requirements:
Must have the following skills (priority in this order):

  • C
  • Unix/sun operation systems
  • Real time/embedded/firmware
  • Multi-tasking
  • Windows xp
  • Hummingbird
  • Norton
  • Java

    Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related area.
  • 5+ years of C Software design experience.
  • Product design experience including defining requirements, integration, troubleshooting, and engineering documentation.
  • Knowledge of computer architecture including buses, memory, networks, etc. • UNIX / SunOS experience

    Desired Skills:

  • C++, Java and Microsoft Windows Development.
  • Real-time/Multi-Processor development
  • Networking
  • System Integration
